I have been working at Financial Times full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Seven weeks into my role at the FT and it couldn't be going better. The interview process was genuine and collaborative, meaning that everything I was told about the team and the role was accurate. So far there have been no surprises or disappointments. The role is what I was told it would be and I went into the job knowing what challenges the team faces and how they wanted me to help overcome them. I feel the objectives...

  7. "I like working at this company"

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at Financial Times full-time

    Pros

Very frinedly colleagues, the culture is amasing, flexible working hours. Benefit package includes gym, art fund card, volunteering. You can rotate teams and get more experience. Beautiful new building with rooftop garden.

    Cons

The environment is very relaxed hence there is no strict deadlines sometimes you feel there is no push to do even more. They employ fullstack developers so if you want to do more frontend related task like working on single page application there is less opportunity.
