nothing i could think off

Cons

never appreciate for the work. not building a team, worst management. no outlook as such. HR/Finance worthless ESOPs are such a waste, just put up for lobbying, never fall for it. wouldnt recommend anyone to join here, this is a strong suggestion. I made a grave mistake!!
