Pros
The navigation team is very diverse, welcoming and supportive, you always have help along the way. I feel comfortable here, if you have a passion for the work you will do well here! It’s hybrid so some days in office then some from home and we are unionized which is great. Sometimes the calls can get heavy and it gets busy but you have opportunities to take a breather.
Cons
Heavy mental health calls, shift work if you are not used to it, difficult callers. I think the hardest part is training and probation period, it’s a lot of information to take in so it’s important to reach out for support.
