I went into this role hoping it would turn into a long-term opportunity. While I gained valuable experience, my experience with management ultimately made it difficult to see a clear path for growth. This role can be a good stepping stone, particularly early in your career, but may not be the best fit for those seeking strong leadership and long-term development (though this could change!)
