Cons

If you’re looking for an employer with earning potential and advancement opportunities, I would not recommend. Daily operations and communication from management is lacking. Not many perks associated with the company. No phone allowance and vehicle allowance is virtually nonexistent in comparison to what local competitors offer.

None that I can think of at the moment.

Cons

pay is not good enough for what you have to put up with. Management and corporate do not care about you, they only care about how much you can do that will make them money. You get two weeks of vacation time after 3 years! Departments within the company do not work well with one another and it leads to resentment and arguments. Overall this the second worst vending company to work for, with Kahlil being the worst. Work somewhere else.
