Working at Fint has been a great experience for me. It has given me the ability to learn and grow as a valued team member and contribute to a project that I really believe in. Co-workers and Management are all friendly and dedicated to bringing our skills together to develop and improve upon our game constantly. It provides a good platform for career growth where talent and hard work are recognized and appreciated. I am more energized and motivated to learn and grow with the organization. Very few organizations would provide Finterns a platform (tools and resources) within 2 weeks of joining to try things and to implement our ideas into reality. Also HR department has put tremendous efforts into vaccination drives so that all the employees and their family members get vaccinated. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity.
