Pros

Irresponsible management. Poor work culture.

Cons

Serious POSH related concerns have been raised in the past but were not properly acknowledged, and no meaningful action was taken. There is no proper HR function, an admin person informally handles HR responsibilities without structure or accountability. Highly paid consultants with multiple external commitments contribute less than full time employees. The company operates more like a loosely managed community than a structured organization. Leadership takes feedback but does not act on it, leading to repeated frustration and minor issues take weeks to resolve due to lack of ownership. Constant blame shifting between teams no clear accountability on who is responsible for what. Salaries are frequently delayed every month, which is unacceptable. Very high attrition (estimated over 50% within a year), indicating deeper internal problems.
