      Pros

      Loose and relaxed work environment in a consumer category that is fun to work on.

      Cons

      Be prepared to do a lot of jobs that aren't necessarily in your field. It's a smallish group that will require you to adapt what you got hired to do.

      Pros

      This company has been at the forefront of innovation in their field. The Management has been great at leading the charge to truly make the best cooking products for the outdoorsmen. Great work environment and flexible with family and hours. Morale is high!

      None, this place is truly what it is and the products truly perform how they are supposed to
