      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of a single "pro" to working here.

      Cons

      I'd give negative stars if I could!! Their policies are designed soley benefit the company and/or executives. They have little regard for their staff and there are knwon harassment issues that continue to be ignored. I found leadership to be out of touch, dis-engaged and generally unrealistic.

      Pros

      None, the whole company is terrible. Terrible products, culture and leadership. The benefits are the worst you’ll find in the valley or elsewhere.

      Cons

      This place is a giant cluster. The business is struggling, the culture is terrible and the benefits are some of the worst you’ll find.

      Pros

      great people, great location, and great atmosphere.

      Cons

      I worked here for years and never got a raise. The company is completely disorganized, has a high turnover rate, and doesn't plan much. Everything was a fire. They stopped subsidizing medical insurance for spouses. They have laid off so many people and people quit and they never get replaced. Every employee is doing the work of 4 others that are no longer there, without can increase in pay.
