A very conducive and professional environment perform best at what you do. Every staffs are treated with respect and are trust to do their best for the clients and company. A definite set up for growth and improvement. Free snacks, drinks and every Friday lunch.

Cons

It will be hard for staffs lacking in clarity to perform.

Pros

You can learn a lot quickly. You are free to express ideas but you must have evidence to back them up. If you can provide evidence based ideas they will help push them forward. Contrary to other reviews the CEO is ok once you get to know him. He’s is very quirky and has a fierce temper. The temper though comes from a place of passion and should be understandable for the company owner.

Cons

Very inexperienced middle manager who effectively runs the entire company. Social habits affect job performances. Constant shifts in company direction. Failure to finish anything. Immediate results are considered better than long term ones.
