      Pros

      This is a nice company to work for with very flexible work life balance. The people are generally nice except for a couple. The CEO is a kind man who really cares about people and so is the other leadership.

      Cons

      Too much gossip coming from a couple of people makes things difficult sometimes. Suggest management enforces the rules and reprimands trouble makers.
