I honestly feel I was being racial profiled here every since last year, I have got into two accidents , not due to me, but in my personal vehicles I was full-time at first, but I had to drop two part-time due to today because of my injuries. I expressed all it to my boss and it’s like he just didn’t care. Let me go part time. It was like he was taking me through a hard time with going part time saying, I needed certain documentation stating that I could still even work for him as if he didn’t want me to work there anymore due to my personal problems, but I was still willing to work not full-time anymore. That was last year around October now this year around the same time , he literally just gave me one option and that was for me to go PRN as needed. He feels due to every employee personal problem is causing him to lose people and he need full-time workers. He knows I can be a full-time worker so the only option for me was PRN , the whole year is six months I have worked for first gear. They have did nothing but Nick picked with me or try to find things to get me in trouble for. Honestly, I feel like his option of PRN is to give me to quit because I honestly feel like I’m not going to get a call to come into work and he doesn’t want to fire me because of unemployment just my honest opinion and a family friend or workplace so they all work together With their employees, their employees like crap and clients are not safe in those vans the vans are not up to part the transmissions, slipping and majority of them engine lights on every last one of them rough ride and the clients be super uncomfortable, but they have no choice to take the ride because they want to get home And disabled Yeah, but basically, I have no choice but to go PRN now there so I am going to do that and pray and hope I come across something better in the process.
