      As a student its good to work at place like first choice care with the ability to pick up shifts when I would like

      The places were short staffed and you don't know the residents well enough to manage by yourself

      Very efficient and trustworthy, the pay is good and always on time

      Not really the fault of the company but the hospitals cancel shifts quite a lot.
