Not permanently employed. No insurance cover and sales representatives are usually mistreated.

I have met some of the best people working here. There are many opportunities to advantage and try different departments that work for you. The company is very flexible.
Cons
The benefits are pretty bad compared to other bigger banks or other companies in general. No maternity leave is offered. The culture feels like if your liked by the higher ups then a management position is your whether or not you are fit or qualify for the job. There is very much a "click" mentality.

Employees are kind and helpful, all the way up to the President. He takes time to get to know his employees, every last one. The customer service is amazing!

Opportunity for advancement. I don't think the bank has enough positions.
