      Pros

      Nice building, cool coworkers, management is generous during sick days.

      Cons

      Dead end facility. Very little opportunity for anyone who is new. Training didn't start until new guys were 10 months in.

      The interview process was fair 3 rounds of interviews

      Cons

      Everything that was said in the interview about the company and what they were looking to do was not accurate at all. They lay off people fairly quickly and do it very rapidly without any warning or notice, and not based on any merit but on personal preferences and personal connections. they promise alot in the interview but will see very shorty after that its not true. No severance package and company is poorly managed

      Pros

      It's a pro if you are a former baseball player, family or family member of management, like to be micro-managed or remain stagnant in your career.

      Cons

      Sales training is sub-par at best. Absolutely no job growth. Every department manager is home grown. Resistant to change but will claim different. Don't expect praise, a raise or any kind of additional compensation. Horrible morale!
