      Management turns their head the other way if faced with turmoil or conflict, they dont want to ruffle feathers. This has been the reason for high turnover at this small bank. Very clicky/ immature management at the branch level. Lack of experience and integrity

      Everything from benefits to management and say you have control over branch but you don't. Informed them of unethical behavior and did nothing. Caught on hours of video
