Cons
-Low Compensation: Compensation for someone who already has more than a year experience in loans is compensated almost the same as that of someone who has little to no experience. -Overtime Seldom Allowed: Overtime has to be granted. In order for overtime to be granted, there has to be a very good justification. If a worker has to stay past the eighth hour mark, worker has to clock out and continue to work with no compensation unless overtime was granted. -Probation: Very difficult to obtain ratings above average. -Poor management -Ineffective communication
