During my three-month tenure at the company, I experienced a series of unprofessional interactions that significantly impacted my experience. As a non-native English speaker, I faced daily derogatory remarks from a coworker. Despite my willingness to learn and ask questions, I was frequently met with dismissive and condescending attitudes. The lack of proper training further exacerbated the situation. I was provided with a book as my sole resource and was told to "ask if I have questions." However, when I sought clarification, my inquiries were often brushed aside, leaving me feeling unsupported. As a certified engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) holder, I found the environment to be especially disheartening. The regularity of verbal slurs directed towards me was demoralizing and ultimately led to my dismissal, which was attributed to a "chemistry problem." Since leaving the company, I have thrived in a new role at a reputable firm, successfully managing numerous projects and contributing to substantial profits and technological advancements. Reflecting on my work experiences in Canada, I can confidently say that this particular workplace was the only one where I felt consistently demeaned and insulted.

The controller is not professional. it is not a good company to work
