Disappointing culture with poor training
Pros
Generous PTO accrual. Some good people.
Cons
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The lack of training is severe—new employees are thrown into complex responsibilities with little guidance or support, and mistakes are treated as personal failures rather than opportunities to teach. It quickly becomes clear that you’re just a number, not a valued team member. The culture is weighed down by nepotism and favoritism, and it shows in who gets opportunities, who gets protected, and who gets sidelined. Hard work doesn’t matter. On top of that, upper management is unprofessional, gossipy, and disconnected from what employees actually need. Instead of leadership, there’s a lot of whispering, inconsistency, and decision-making based on personal preference rather than fairness or logic. Do not tell them anything about personal life they will find a way to use that against you. To make matters worse, the systems are extremely outdated. They are just NOW getting e-sign. Simple tasks take far longer than they should, and customers often need multiple visits just to get basic issues resolved, which adds to frustration for both staff and clients. the company shows no regard for employee well-being. Even if you’re genuinely sick—or, as many employees joke, “on your deathbed”—they will still question whether you’re coming in (unless you’re a favorite). The pressure to show up no matter what is overwhelming and unsustainable. Overall, this is not a healthy or supportive workplace. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for proper training, growth, or a respectful environment.
