I was hired as a territory manager in March of this year. I was given three start dates over a five week period. The only way I was able to get any information was to email them or speak with the recruiting company. There was no consideration from the person at the company to give me any updates and was perfectly content to let me continue to wait. After almost five weeks I received an email stating that the company put a hold on any new hires and was in fact letting go all of their reps because of poor sales. So not only was I out of a job that I had been hired to do I also wasted all that time not looking for any other jobs. There was no offer to give me any compensation for that time and not even an apology. I really don't know how any company that is supposedly not getting any sales, interviews and hires someone with a promise of a salary, commissions, benefits and even a company car. And to add insult to injury every time I have called to get an explanation that person hangs up or lets the call just ring. Inconsiderate to the end. A horrible experience and I just want to warn anyone thinking about working for this company that they just don't care for their employees. In all my years of working I have never been treated so badly.
