Cons
The company preaches about its culture however there were multiple issues brought to upper management & HRs attention with supporting documentation that was swept under the rug. Instead of being met with the open door policy they preach about it was met with direct retaliation and a hostile work environment. What once used to be an incredible company to work for has gone down hill due to lack of upper management resolving repetitive issues brought to their attention & has their employees operating out of fear. There is absolutely no work life/personal life balance. You will be expected to work around the clock while other employees dont show up for weeks/months on end with little to no communication and the slack is left to the other coworkers to pick up.
