Pros

Very relaxed company atmosphere. All of the employees seem to enjoy the job and company.

Cons

Employees call off at times and that will make it difficult, but that is everywhere. By comparison to other ems companies, call volume, management, nature of calls... great place to work. Response times are difficult to make that are mandated by the city.

On a bls truck you have a pretty set schedule on patients, may have some good overtime, some of the employees are fun to be around

Cons

Work late more often than not, old trucks, old equipment, some ok supervisors, vehicles are always in bad shape, hard to get vehicles fixed
