Pros

- Fairly good salary (depending on team) - Very little or no work pressure

Cons

- Borderline business model that consists of billing mobile phone users for products they often mistakenly subscribed to - Total lack of career opportunities within the company - Demotivating work environment where most employees are either trying to leave or staying because of the easy money - Rude director that thinks he is smarter than everyone else

Company without product

Pros

- Good compensation - Nice view form the office - Free parking lot - Lots of fun seeing how everyone points fingers to everyone

Cons

- If you are one of those who is ready to sell your soul for money - this company is for you. You will have to live with knowing that with your help another poor family from Africa got robbed by the "smart" subscription model. There is no service, it's all fake, company does not invest in service development but into marketing to rip off more subscribers for good. - If you are a mediocre or starting professional - this company is a good place for you. All you need to do well is to dodge from someone blames and to blame someone else faster or to provide a nice sugarcoated fake report. All strong professionals left this company (except maybe those who is ready to sell the soul for a good money, see above). - There is no job security. You can be fired any day literally. And it all depends on how good is the business going (how many subscribers are ripped off). If more partnership contracts are cancelled than signed .. .then get ready, you are most likely to be blamed for nothing (soon) and then you may be called for a "talk" and get fired. - Micromanagement every day. Overall some of C-level managers often make really weird decisions, majority of the decisions lead to conflicts and stressful environment and at the end of the day it is you who will be blamed, but before that you will be micromanaged. p.s. Pay attention how many "good" reviews were added on the same day (Dec14). I picture how CTO approached to HR and said something like: "Hey, look how poor is our rating on Glassdoor - 1.3*. Go add some nice review, right now!" And poor HR got stressed and did such a lousy job with fake reviews/rating LOL.
