Pros

Not a bad side hustle. Also, if you want to find out if you're suited to do social work, this is a good learning experience as you encounter different clients with different characteristics. The job should teach you how to deescalate conflicts and use common sense when faced with certain situations as well.

Cons

Some managers will not address issues of underperformance. Instead of actually ensuring standards are met by everyone from all shifts, those who works gets more workload. The hardworking individuals are reproached while others continue to perform way less than expected.
