The office view, $500-$600 monthly bonuses you have to earn via metrics, some coworkers..that’s about it.

Cons

8:30-6pm without overtime pay, title is deceiving (I’d hardly call robotically spamming emails and cold calling people until I want to pull my hair out “research”), they’ll try to get every ounce of work out of u while paying the bare min, works off metrics which you need to hit if u don’t want to feel like ur jobs on the line, show no appreciation for hard work, poor management, high turnover rate

If you earn the company thousands of dollars you might get free lunch once a month

Cons

Everything is metrics. The moment you fall below their point system you will be fired. Hires STEM graduates to send Spam emails all day. Pretends to care about employees but couldnt really care less. Terrible communication, misleads employees, pays 60k in a city where rent is 3k/month. Long hours with no overtime. Expects you to stay after work and regularly work holidays for no extra pay because "startup culture". Work here if you want to waste your degree and have mental illness.
