      Clear priorities and great benefits, but teams are new

      Pros

      Company priorities have been clearly communicated and all levels are held accountable, including executive leadership. There are great benefits. I was pleased to learn that there are parental leave opportunities even if you haven't been at the company a full year. I'm enjoying the product itself in communicating with teammates and customers.

      Cons

      There are lots of new folks, so some teams are still finding their rhythm.
