Pros

Untracked PTO, casual dress code, fun people, flexible hours, dog-friendly workplace. It used to be a flat organization where everyone were empowered to work together collaboratively.

Cons

I have only been at Fisdap for a couple of years, but it is very different now than it was when I started. The company was acquired last fall, and since then things have been very unstable. We have lost a lot of people, especially our senior people. The parent company does not seem interested in replacing those positions. Our work goals have been constantly changing and not clearly communicated. The parent company doesn't seem to value or trust the team.

Pros

Small, close-knit team, very vibrant place to work because of the people working there. High emphasis on work life balance, fun lunches together!

Cons

Management is weak and does not have a strong people- or communication- focus. Employee performance is largely overlooked when making staffing decisions on projects and teams and exemplary employees are treated with equal disregard as poor performing employees.
