Great traveling expo experience and awesome coworkers to work with. If you love to run this is the place for you.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of hrs they want you to work. Give false hope to those who want to grow.

If you love to run and want to incorporate this into your work life, a running store is a good place to start.

Cons

The store-level management teams are not an issue. The support from the home office is. They do not believe in constructive criticism in either direction. I enjoy learning and growing as a memeber of management, hard to do at this company. I've worked in retail management for various companies for the last ten years, and this is the only company that I have anything negitive to say about. They treay all members of the team as dispensible.
