Option to work from home two days a week
Cons
Management are not supportive of staff needs. Constantly expected to take on extra work when no capacity to do so and with no increase of salary offered. Also witnessed bullying of staff. Place has really gone downhill over the last few years.

Lovely location, decent pension, hybrid working
Cons
Workload in relation to salary, below market value in many cases. Also poor & declining management in last few years before I left, and from what I've learnt since it's gotten worse
