They are cheap and do not buy the new equipment that Customers want. When you tell your upper management that you are going to order new equipment they make up lies on you. They make up claims that you used foul language that you never used. Then you show up to customer job sites and they gripe you out and say replace these machines or take them all out. So, you go back to upper management and say that you need new machines and compressors and they just talk about how expensive they are and how it will hurt you and there bonus money if you order the items. You tell them to order the items and that you are not worried about your bonus and care more about customer service. The next thing you know your upper boss is closing you were cursing in front of customers that you never did do once. The managers claim that another manager says they heard you but that manager claims they did not say anything of the sort. So, when you bring up this nonsense they offer you a months severance pay and say working there is not for you. So, save yourself the headache and do not work for this cheap company that lies against it's managers. If you are a manager that cares about customer service and doing right by the customers this is not a place for you.

-No direction. Don’t even think about planning a work day/week because it won’t happen. -Always fires to put out -No accountability with drivers. They can call out when ever they want and never get written up. You are then expected to run that route while you try to manager your tasks as well. -bonus payout is a joke. Never on time always MONTHS behind or wrong. If you dispute the bonus that was paid to you, they won’t do anything about it.
