Avoid at all costs

Pros

Nothing maybe the free cakes every payday they buy instead of paying you a decent salary.

Cons

Never worked anywhere where there is so much negativity. The offices, equipment and systems are all outdated and seriously impact your working day and workload. No team players or team spirit everyone is out for themselves and will try and stitch you up where possible. The happiest time of the day was home time, I would often run out of the door. After handing in my notice I could not wait to leave and escape the hell hole. If you like me want to enjoy going to work and enjoy what you do on a daily basis with work friends around, I would avoid the false promise of the flair family at all costs.

Couldn't wait to leave

Pros

Pay day. Flexible hours (which are rarely flexible)

Cons

Never been so excited to leave. Dog eat dog type of company, people just came and went, one minute you'd be hearing of someone doing an excellent job, next thing they have been dismissed. Managers are not supportive and will get rid of you in a flash. Christmas party was a flop, employees work hard and we got a cheap meal which ended at 9pm and everyone went home. They have values which they preach to all their employees but do not follow themselves. A lot of empty promises. Hours are flexible however it's difficult to get them, you can work all the hours in the world but if you ask to leave early it's a nightmare! This isn't the case for all people though, some come as they go as they please. Others are not allowed. A lot of empty promises. Avoid working here, unless you want to be paid poorly worked like a dog and then most likely leave or be dismissed after 6 months.

Awful company to work for

Pros

Could work from home if needed (if the IT staff set your laptop up right)

Cons

- Paid the absolute bare minimum - Made to do the work of 3 members of staff (one at higher level) with no experience, support, pay - unrealistic and unachievable KPI's that you are penalised massively for - when asking manager for extra support/guidance, a meeting was booked and cancelled 3 times and was told to "look at notes from last one to one" - every task was a 'top priority' which meant you can't actually do any as a priority and we're again penalised for not getting everything done - single handedly given workloads of 3 extra people who left/were pushed out on top of my own - Had to take 2 days off for stress and mental health and was offered no support when coming back to work - constantly feel like you are being set up to fail - no progression in the company. You are stuck in one job - expected to work overtime to 'show how dedicated you are' but not paid for it, not given in holiday time - very low annual leave allowance
