Toxic and chaotic

Pros

Remote work, still some collaborative team members left.

Cons

Deadlines are consistently aggressive, poorly scoped, and disconnected from available resources. July layoffs left teams severely understaffed, yet leadership continued to pile on additional work with no prioritization, planning, or support. Burnout is treated as a personal failure rather than a predictable outcome of mismanagement. Leadership messaging such as “Make Flaviar Great Again” injects unnecessary political rhetoric into the workplace and alienates many U.S. employees. The culture lacks diversity and inclusion, with minimal female leadership. Women who were in leadership roles had little real influence and were ultimately pushed out or laid off. Employee care is performative. During a mandatory company event, accommodations for a documented medical condition were mishandled, resulting in me being effectively left stranded during a team activity. The experience reflected a broader lack of empathy, accountability, and basic consideration for employee well-being. Overall, the culture is exclusionary, dismissive of feedback, and hostile to those who raise concerns while carrying unsustainable workloads.
