Company which allows you to find new challenges out of market and see your potential. learnings are very basics but fetch you good growth over turnover and bonuses. Great product good environment to work for, best opportunity to work among global partner companies if you are selected. Lastly every company as a limitation of growth for its product range in market.

Cons

Since coesia owning FlexLink lot of worst policies have been implemented for companies profit ultimately result loss of organic growth, but also gives you wide platform to work with professionals. Mistakes are not forgiven so, people stop taking challenges and growing pace further decline on overall working environment. not good to work around back fear in mind.

Great atmosphere but difficult to work with Flexlink Sweden

Pros

Working at Flexlink was a great way to gain experience as an engineer. I was exposed to just about every part of the design and assembly process while working there. Also, if you like working on new projects regularly, this is the place for you. I found the rapid project turnover refreshing.

Cons

You will not do to much theoretical work while you are there. If you want to work doing wind tunnel tests and stress strain calculations then Flexlink is not for you. Also the Allentown branch is connected to Flexlink Sweden, who's motives are not necessarily in the best interests of Flexlink US. People sometimes move up the ranks even though they make decisions that hurt Flexlink US because they help Flexlink Sweden
