      Pros

      There is nothing positive about this company. Absolutely Unprofessional and unethical people working with Flexton. Nothing organized and the Top Management is not even aware of what is going on within the organization.

      Cons

      Employees are getting their salary credited in their Saving Accounts. They don't even bother to open a Salary account for the employees. Political environment. People are more interested in what the rest of the employees are doing rather than doing their own jobs including the top management. Very narrow minded approach and averse to change or innovation and holding traditional values.

      They will act as if they care for you a lot and will promise you lot of things

      Cons

      Very bad company, does not trust the employee, promise you US trip but that will be a fake commitment.. Treat Indian employees very badly as compared to US staff.. Lot of politics and senior management is very very selfish.. Will not suggest anyone to work in this company.. They can terminate you anytime and will not give you any releasing or experience letter.. Best known for spoiling the career..
