You will not see a more incompetent, arrogant and confused technical management anywhere else. People who have no idea about technology, manage and drive tech initiatives. These are same people who are feted, promoted and are celebrated. Lots of nepotism and kinship. The CTO has surrounded himself with with a bunch of loyalists/close friends ( who happen to be very mediocre ) and every body else's voice is drowned.

This is hands down the WORST company I have ever worked for. They micromanage you to no end, abusive, toxic, complete waste of time. Don’t know what they are doing. If you interview with these lunatics it’s like the Hunger games. People either quit or they fire you, then they threaten for you to not be able to collect UI. *ahem* they threatened me. It’s a cult here. Only certain people are “accepted.”
