Pros

some of the employees are great

Cons

everything: 1. The CEO makes decisions personaly and does not care about your opinion, makes you change campaigns without reason, 24h before lounching, never says well done or thank you. For him we are pure resources not people. NO team at all, only competition within departments. 2. No investment in training 3. not enough resources in design or IT team so never able to do things and make changes 4. no Human resources area, no values or culture. Inhuman resources, they traet people not as individuals. Overall a Company led by a team of mediocre managers.

Pros

Floraqueen have the best employees.

Cons

CEO's Micromanagement. He never will trust in your job. He always see your mistakes. He have a tradition: to fire their employees.

Pros

Product, international ecommerce, sometimes the salary

Cons

If you are currently interviewing for a position in FloraQueen, read this and other reviews. You have to know that the founder and CEO is a micromanager that will make you doubt yourself and all the general ecommerce knowledge you have. He will be on top of any major or even small decision you take and cancel projects that were already signed off without any reason. This makes the managment team "impotent" and frustrated. The customer is not the center of Floraqueen as they claim in their values, neither is the employee. With an employee turnover of aprox 65% (easily in one year you will see 25/38 people leave or getting fired) it is a miracle that Floraqueen is still making (at least a bit) money. From the city center to Sant Just (not Barcelona) you will spend 1h on public transport btw. Really, don't go, even the crisis is not worth it.
