      Some innovative items, expanding product categories, decent remuneration.

      Cons

      Lacking direction and strategy, outdated management practices, poor culture, office and showroom are dated and messy, unhygienic restrooms, next to no support or product training. Overall, a very unprofessional and unpleasant environment.
