      1. Not good in hiring managers , micromanager who’s toxic is in team 2. Has no clear process in handling things 3. Racism 4. Managers decision are blindly accepted without any validation 5. Poor customer experience which will be covered with great marketing

      Working in peak pressure hours . Backbiting . Politics.lucky if you get a good Manager as managers have negative intention to befriend and take something negative play a mind game later No favorable atmosphere created to boost one’s mental health .
