Fair pay, interesting problems to solve, diverse team members
Cons
Incompetent management, subpar product, even worse strategy. The company leadership handled the lay offs with the most incompetent way known to humankind and then continued to talk about how good they are to the few people that are left behind. Reality never dawned on them.

Used to be fun diverse multicultural team
Cons
The management is bad and incompetent, with little to no regards to their employees The product itself is subpar quality and too many skilled professionals who were able to improve it were laid off. The leadership does not have a clear vision of the future of the company and the product
