      Pros

      A chance to work on interesting research problems, with freedom to decide what to focus on. Flexible about hours, downtown location. Cutting edge technology with a lot of potential.

      You have to be able to work in an unstructured, quickly changing environment

      Pros

      There are some friendly and well-meaning people running this organization. They genuinely have a passion for voice control and the possibilities to help others with this technology.

      Cons

      There is a lot of political maneuvering within such a small company. I asked during the interview if the environment was familial. But once you start working, it becomes a blamestorm of supernatural proportions.
