      A few good colleagues who genuinely try to help

      No Job Security: They can fire you at any time. Management lacks empathy and professionalism. Toxic work culture with micromanagement, blame-shifting, and lack of transparency. There are No Good Projects - most work is repetitive, outdated, or lacks real business impact. Low Pay compared to Market Standards Career growth is stagnant : talented people leave quickly, and replacements are rarely skilled. No clear appraisal process, and increments are minimal or delayed. Leadership lacks strategic direction and often makes decisions without understanding technical feasibility.
