      Nothing, they hire ppl with clarity n then fire and them again without any clarity

      Cons

      There is nothing good about the organisation, leadership don’t listen n just make decisions in air. Not at all employee centric company.

      Great Global Teams, But India HR Ops Needs Cultural & Leadership Reset

      Unfortunately, the work culture within the India HR Ops team leaves a lot to be desired. There is a visible gap between theoretical guidance and practical execution — while senior members are strong on paper, they struggle significantly when it comes to handling real-time escalations and on-ground challenges, often leading to reactive and unprofessional responses under pressure. There is also a concerning level of internal politics and grapevine communication that creates an unhealthy and demotivating work environment. Misalignment on tasks and lack of clear ownership further add to the dysfunction. Energy that should go into delivering results is unfortunately being channeled into interpersonal politics instead.
