A recruiting agency invited me to apply, had two interviews and got a job offer for more senior role than what was interviewed, then shorty after I started I was fired with no reason in front of executive assistant because they don't have HR department. STO said that he didn't have to give a reason because I was on probation. I don't know why he made a job offer in the first place. Maybe because he enjoys doing stuff like that?

However, sometimes, things don't work out. Luckily it doesn't happen often, but if it does, we try to end things as respectfully and amicably as possible. 1. No sense of direction. The entire time I was there, it felt like they were throwing stuff at a wall and hoping it sticks. What stuck was soon abandoned afterwards.
2. Everything that they did seemed bigger than it actually was. When they have press releases, it usually starts off with describing the company as "an industry leader in harnessing AI and data intelligence to enable digital transformation." No singular word in that sentence is remotely true.
3. Incompetent management. The only person that seemed to give a damn was a former CFO. Everyone else seemed like it was focusing on trying to make the next big splash for the company.
4. Revolving door of employees. During my time there, there were quite a few employees that did not last past 6 months.
Ongoing financial struggles throughout 2023 and 2024, no transparency on company financial updates, No work since August 2024, leaving employees in limbo, Management does not advocate for employees, Unclear direction, frequent goal changes, and shifting priorities
