short term fire fighting doesn't build a strong company

Some good people as colleagues.

Cons

Poor product planning. Expected to develop features yesterday - as due to poor planning contractual deadlines were missed before work was even given to developers. This is very stressful. Expected to work extra hours. They then try to blame the developers for not building it fast enough.
