      Pros

      * Parterniship between employees is awesome, feel it like a real family. * You will work in exciting projects and have the freedom to decide which technologies to use. * Full equiped kitchen with hot beverages, also cookies and fruit. * Flexible timetables with a 2 hours margin to start the day.

      Cons

      * Remote is not an option. * Salaries are not very high, you will be close to the average or below. Negotiating increases is very complex. * Presentism is still part of the company's philosophy.

      Pros

      Possibly one of the best tech employers in Spain. Very dynamic environment. Great opportunities to work internationally and at the core of WiFi technology. Overall level of employees qualification / skills very high.

      Cons

      Company in expansion. Sometimes still finding to balance process and agility. Located a bit outside of Madrid Centre - so best to get there by car. (public a bit dificil)
