Pros

- very sociable crowd - you get ample freedom to solve issues how you like to solve them - you could pretty much do nothing all day and nobody will point it out (okay, honestly, this is a con)

Cons

- quickest turnover rate of employees I have ever seen - poor decision making and leadership - product decisions made from insulation, leaders hold their power close to heart - UX research confirms every bias managers already had, how convenient - employees promoted to managership for letting other people do their work for them while they are not coming into the office, one leader comments, "that's a sign of a good manager." - misguided engineering team hell-bent on using Ruby on Rails like a hammer for a screwdriver - inept conclusions from observations by leaders, such as measuring clickthrough rates when you need to click a button to leave the product in order to see the deal, then being surprised when those clickthrough rates drop because you fixed the problem of needing to click to see the deal, and then concluding that you did something wrong because you screwed up your clickthrough rates, and then coming up with a blog post about how you learned where you postulate it's because you changed the words on the clickthrough button and you finally have an epiphany that the funnel has changed.

Pros

-Good people -Food is catered everyday except Wednesday -Great HR department -IT support very helpful and quick to support -Great office location

Cons

-CEO is an extreme micro manager -No trust (but one of the culture elements is to 'build trust like a family' that's not happening at all. -Leaders on the business development side don't own their role and coast along by making it seem like their busy and closing useless discounts for the perks platform making the product useless for our customers. -Many fake people making terrible-wages whom are discouraged and want to make others look bad to get one leg up. -Did I say the CEO is a micro manager? -One person in leadership that is great, all others are under qualified and politically not correct. -Please be aware as they will sell you on a comp package but will never follow through with the promise of what's presented. -AnyPerk preaches schedule flexibility on their website, but everyone is required to be in the office from 9am to 6pm, if you try to leave early or come in even 1 minute late the CEO will be waiting and likely tapping on his watch. (No Trust at all) AnyPerks plan is to grow their rewards business 10x before they run out of funds, honestly don't think that will happen. -Toxic environment and unstable.

Good training ground, not a place to stay

Pros

Super positive, young and energetic team with a cool office. Selling perks and rewards means having perks and a lot of positive culture initiatives. They understand what work/life balance is and have a lot of fun - maybe too much fun...

Cons

Huge turnover at a company that claims to help other companies with their recruitment & retention. A lot of politics at the top, with a young, inexperienced CEO who is more focused on his own image than building the company. Diversity is a huge issue - the company is very frat-like sometimes, which doesn't allow for diversity to thrive. Little to no career development, great place to practice and learn skills but not a great place to advance. Have felt in the past that no one feels like they can talk honestly.
