Pros

Work life balance, easy location .

Cons

Leadership staff, really the only priority is their paycheck. No advancement opportunity. Promise bonuses, don’t actually give them. No raises. Required to be in the office, no flex time. Will take any project or client just for the money, don’t actually have a long term growth plan. Hanging on by a thread.

Pros

There is a wonderful mix of smart personable people at Foodmix. They are experts at food marketing with a good mix of high profile clients.

Cons

It is located in Elmhurst-a really long commute if you don't live in the suburbs. With 25 or so people you really have to be willing to do everything. They are very smart marketers but struggle with average creative output. Creative budgets are very limited and force creatives to make something out of nothing.
