      Great office, great vibe, struggling financially

      Pros

      Modern office, great vibe, start-up culture, rare occurrence of a headquarters in outer ring southeast valley, compelling mission, international, expanding, smart coworkers, not a public company so flexibility with deadlines, good people.

      Cons

      Not enough parking for the number of employees. Struggling financially which creates job insecurity. Expensive medical. The artwork the co-founder had commissioned of himself and hung in the main area of the office #cringe.
