      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly (on operations side) Feels friendly and exciting when you start, and feels like a great place to start a career, so a good place to decompress after comparatively toxic places

      Cons

      Pay is universally poor but especially so for operations No (realistic) opportunities for career advancement or pay rises Repeated toxic workplace stories on commercial side

      Pros

      Colleagues in other departments seem friendly. Nice office. Flexible with good work - life balance

      Cons

      Pay is poor. Zero benefits. No career progression. No learning & development opportunities. Car park is tiny so you have to pay for parking which isn't ideal and something that doesn't really get a mention prior to you getting there. Unfortunately, not everyone ends up with a manager who responds to calls or messages, which makes day-to-day work unnecessarily difficult.
