Great product, fun work. Listens to workers, encourages feedback and suggestions. Lots of growth opportunities. Work is fully remote and it feels like management trusts the team to perform.
Cons
Timezones can make scheduling difficult, but it's manageable. Starting pay can be low, but hard work is rewarded over time.
